All prices are in US dollars. Prices on our catalog and website are subject to change. Due to free shipping and other promotional events, product pricing is non-transferable. However, If you find an identical or similar product at a competitor's store, email us a copy of the ad and we'll happily beat their price. Out of stock items do not qualify. We cannot honor free shipping offers given by other companies. Price matched items cannot be combined with any other promotion.

Hassle Free Returns For Every Situation

Don't like what you received? We'll happily offer you a return or exchange based on your preference within 30 days of your order. Contact us to start a return and we'll issue you an RMA. Simply ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier and we'll offer you a full refund upon receipt. If the reason was in our error, we'll cover the shipping cost of the item to and from you. A restocking fee of 15% applies to returns that are not in its original condition.

Shipping & Handling To All Locations

We ship worldwide including the continental U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces, U.S. Virgin Islands and International Destinations. Most items are shipped by UPS or USPS. You have the option to select a preferred shipping carrier upon check out. For standard shipping, we reserve the right to select the best carrier at our discretion. Please note that packages shipped using USPS Priority Mail with a delivery deadline of 2-3 business days is not guaranteed by the post office. For time sensitive packages, please select USPS Express Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air (where applicable). Keep in mind that there are cut off times for the day of shipping to count as one transit day, please inquire customer service for details.

For customers with corporate shipping accounts, please inform customer service before placing the order. Certain specified large or heavy items such as massage tables and herbal processing machines are charged by actual weight through a trucking company. Although we do not charge handling fees for delivery, certain trucking companies may add lift gate fees if requested by the recipient.

Items shipped within the state of California are subject to sales tax based on your local jurisdiction.

When entering your delivery address, please check to be sure that the address entered is correct as delivery address changes will incur additional fees.

Quick Turnaround Promise

Our fulfillment team works diligently to ship your orders to you as soon as they are received. Most in-stock orders are shipped on the same day if received before 4:00 p.m. PST. On certain busy days, your order will be fulfilled the following business day. Back orders will be shipped as soon as items are available. If the original order applied for free shipping, your back order shipping will also be complimentary. Please contact us if you want to cancel your back orders.

Warranty For a Peace of Mind

UPC Medical Supplies, Inc. provides most products sold on with a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover damages from water, mishandling, misuse, dropping or alterations. Please check with us for details on individual products.

Damages & Claim

Please contact us in case of any damage or loss of merchandise at the time of delivery. Please do not discard the original box(es) from any damaged or loss shipment. Meanwhile file your claim with UPS or to other common carriers.
