I am confused about the type of bulb to use with this lamp - it is advertised as a 250W lamp, but in the Q& A section it was recommended to get a 100W replacement bulb. Can this lamp use a 250W bulb? Thank you.
Two different kinds of lamp, 1 for 250W, 1 for 100W.
Do you have a replacement lamp head for the 250W Infrared Heat lamp with timer? I have a lamp that is about 3 years old and the cord inside the lamp head began smoking. I need a replacement. The brochure says you are the distributors so I assume I ordered it from you. I haven't been able to find a replacement head with the right outlet for the plug. The replacement head you show for the mineral lamp has the wrong plug to fit my lamp. Do you have a replacement for this 250W lamp? Thanks
Unfortunately, the Infrared and TDP heat lamp models refresh every 1-2 years, so any existing parts won't be compatible with your existing lamp. If the bulb is burnt out, you can purchase an additional bulb from us. Otherwise, we recommend purchasing a new lamp for a peace of mind.

We currently carry only the 250w version of the red light bulb found on our website here, https://www.acuwarehouse.com/collections/infrared-heat-therapy/products/250w-replacement-red-bulb-for-infrared-lamps Additional 100w bulbs that are included in this lamp can be found at your local Home Depot store.
