  • Hello! I have two double headed TDP lamps. Sadly one of the heads on one seems to have died. It's hard to tell since it doesn't plug in towards the top(as on my other lamp) but is one continuous cord to the pole. Otherwise, I could simply replace the head. Does this unit have heads that plug in to the longer cord and thus you can replace the head only if one no longer functions?

Two lamp heads are placed on one platform and cannot be separated. In other words, you need to replace two lamp heads at the same time.

    Thanks.

  • Hello! I am interested to know if the two heads articulate (move) from only the top joint - or does the whole arm articulate to extend further away from each other for more coverage? This would be helpful to know ahead of making a purchase. And do these go on sale? Thank you! All my best, Debra Sue Kelvin

    Hello Debra,

Both lamp head with arms are stationed on one pole, and can be extended or stretched to different directions and angles. It is not too stable to have two arms to position at same directions because they are heavy for the base. If you use a lot of this lamp, I suggest that you purchase two independent single head floor lamps.

    Thanks.
